So I haven't posted anything to this blog in over a month. The purpose of this blog had been to record the series I was writing for the Globe, but when that came to an abrupt end with my move to New York, so have my posts to this blog.
But the blogging isn't over. I promise. (Not that anyone actually reads this blog.) In the next couple of months I intend to come back, once I've been able to start freelancing at the Times.
In the meantime, a lot has changed -- and for the better. I have a great studio all to myself in Brooklyn, and I'm loving my new job. New York City is great. And we're in one of mildest winters since I moved to the East Coast.

I went to Foothills. Doubt if you remember me, but I was in for an appointment with your Dad and he gave a few of your articles to read. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to read them all and look forward to getting to read more.
